About
What's it called Now? is a community reference for ServiceNow product renames. We record what ServiceNow's own release notes, Store listings and announcements say, and we link to them.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by ServiceNow. ServiceNow, Now Platform, Now Assist, ServiceNow Otto and the other product names on this site are trademarks of ServiceNow, Inc. or their respective owners, used here to identify the products and to comment on their names.
The site is maintained by a small group of ServiceNow practitioners. Corrections and additions are welcome through the Submit page. An entry goes live only with an official source; where ServiceNow's own wording is ambiguous, the entry says so.
The product rankings on the Leaderboard and the quiz result messages are light-hearted. The catalogue is not.

How an entry gets in
Someone sends it with a source through Submit. It is checked against that source, written up in plain words and linked. Where ServiceNow's own wording is ambiguous, the entry says so.

Open data
The whole catalogue is available as JSON at /api/catalogue and as a plain-text summary for AI assistants at /llms.txt. Quote it, link it, build on it.
Privacy
The site holds as little personal data as a quiz allows: nothing, until member accounts exist. The privacy page says what will change then.
